Experience more clarity and ease in your parenting.
Parenting can be one of the most confusing and difficult things we do in life. It is also one of the most loving and rewarding life experiences we can have.
You may be trying various parenting tools and techniques, but not experiencing the relief of them actually working. You and your partner may have different approaches to parenting. You may be unsure of what kind of parent you actually want to be. And even if you feel confident in your methods and are on the same page with your partner, you may feel overwhelmed or defeated by your child’s big emotions and physical needs.
Being a parent to toddlers and preschool-aged children requires a restructuring, even a reparenting, of ourselves. As we learn to attune to our children’s needs, we may discover we need to learn to (re)attune to ourselves and our values.
Learn to create space for YOU in your relationship with your child.
Reflective Parenting Workshops
Facilitating parents' reflective journeys toward self-discovery.
Next session: Spring 2025
In Reflective Parenting for Intentional Parents you will have the space to learn, reflect, and integrate your own thoughts, feelings, and experiences about parenting.
You will learn practical tools within a supportive group experience and gain more clarity, knowledge, and purpose in your parenting and your relationship with your children.
Sometimes you just need someone to say "You're doing a really hard thing and I see you."
Good parenting is darn difficult. Sometimes the harder I tried, the less peace I felt. Professional knowledge and child development books and parenting techniques were helpful, but what I discovered along the way is that we each bring our own agendas and motives to this parenting journey. Taking the time to examine our own agendas and motives, and getting to know ourselves as parents, can bring true peace and confidence. Support along the way is essential. I am honored and privileged to guide other parents on their own journeys.
